WINE STORAGE OPERATIONS, BILLING AND OPERATING CONTROLS
Wines Central has adopted new State of the Art billing procedures and operating controls.

These new systems will allow immediate postings and complete itemized entries by using the Advanced Management System software (AMS) in conjunction with our Warehouse Management Tracking and inventory controls. Providing accurate and dependable information, together with excellent customer service, will continue to be the highest priority.

Customers will receive the following reports each month: Month-end Inventory, Transaction Detail, Open Order and Shipped Order reports along with Month-end Invoices with billing detail on stored case goods, wine barrels, point of sale and packaging materials.

Receiving Reports and Bills of Lading will be faxed to each client by the end of the next business day. All reports must be reviewed upon receipt and immediate notification must take place if any discrepancies are found.

All Bills of Lading originating from the client’s facility must include the following information: Bonded Winery Number, Tax Paid or Transfer in Bond Inventory, full wine descriptions of each varietal, bottle size, case and pallet quantity along with the product code and alcohol content.

Wines Central will continue to process payment and excise tax reports twice per month. Invoices will be mailed to all customers that take advantage of this service and the excise tax paid for their account is due and payable upon receipt of the bill. Invoices for storage of wine products and other services are due and payable within 30 days from the end of each monthly period. Clients that request processing their Small Producers Declaration Form must provide Wines Central with the proper form completely filled out to be kept in their folder, to be eligible for the tax credit.

All pertinent information, contact person, telephone number, fax number, email address, company profile and any special instructions must be provided so that all activities, reports and procedures can take place correctly and expeditiously.
